Founder of New Level Basketball Skills Training Rome Holley has provided the basic and advanced skill level training to people of all ages. In his years of basketball training Rome has developed skills training through 1 on 1 training, group clinics, winter and summer basketball training camps. He has also provided numerous players with 1 on 1 skills development by mentoring them and allowing them to see the game through a different view. The basketball journey for Rome started at Woodlawn High School. After Woodlawn Rome attended Harford C.C. in Bel Air md.
